This bank has no honest. I went in for a simple cash deposit. The guy at counter give a face since I have so many bills, and he is counting by hand?? And told me their machine can only count number of bill but not able to count the total amount??!! Truth is I asked around a few other banks, BBT, PNC, BOA, WELLS they all have machine that could count the total amount. So please tell me what kind of machine is your bank use.I can not believe this is a bank in business. And after a while of his hand counting with his consistent complaining, he told me the money I just hand him mins ago was $100 dollar short then I said. That is not possible! I have couple people counted this money, I asked him to count again. He did but still with constant complaining, nagging and on and on.Seconds later he told me again $100 short, and refused to do anything else and ask me to take the money back and count myself?! And keep suggesting that I made a mistake counting my money! I can not believe this, this is the type of service this bank offers.......I insist him count again, and somehow this time magically he found that $100.......I am speechless...Worst of all he did not even try to apologize.So to sum it up, this bank has no bill count machine that could count total amount of your cash, plus their counter clerk has no skill of counting money and if anything is missing they insist on customer's fault.Enough said. STAY AWAY
