I have been a satisfied customer of this store since it opened, except for today. I spent 45 minutes in there as I watched other customers come and go. Why? Because I needed tech help, only to find after 35 minutes of no help from one employee that THERE WAS NOT A TECH THERE UNTIL 2!!! A simple acknowledment by an employee would have helped. I was told "we are so busy" which is the last thing I wanted to hear. This is the last time I patronize this store.

The employee who helped me was Justin. He was extremely patient and helpful. They were admittedly understaffed but he was such a good sport about it. Rorie, the interim manager (possibly?), was also very helpful. He went above and beyond. I was satisfied with my visit!
