Absolutely disgusted with the way NZCU Baywide handle their business. I paid them to shut down and account. Wasn't till the next day they said oh there's an extra fee now and continued to charge me $30 per week for an account I shut down. Also it takes them so long to get you're money to the right place weeks in fact. And If you do pay you're outstanding fee be careful people these a******s will Rip you off and charge a lot of interest. ANZ is hands down the best bank in New Zealand.I thought kiwi bank was bad enough until dealing with NZCU! ! Useless greedy bank.
