Its been so refreshing to have a dedicated account manager looking after our merchant processing. Nxgen has always made sure that our rates are fair and that we are happy.

We were initially attracted to Nxgen/Elavon because of their great rates and promise of personal customer service. Since signing up for their service, our company has become incredibly disappointed by both their product and personal support. Our POS terminals have had frequent issues, and currently have a terminal that is not working. They have promised us multiple times that an agent will come to our office and remedy the issue. After multiple appointments over the last 3 months, we have yet to have anyone come to our office and they are becoming increasingly difficult to contact. We do not recommend using this company.

Currently on hold with NXGen . Our IT guy on hold for an hour 20 minutes. Gave up! Now I am on hold for 30 minutes and ALL our payment machines are down! Guys! answer your phones! Terrible customer service!
