They're an ok bank to go through if you're looking for personal loans. But, for personal checking or savings, I would absolutely not recommend them. They try to make money any way they possibly can.!

This cu, is horrible!!! I have a loan with this institution, they make it almost impossible to make an online Payment, outdated and extremely difficult , you need to know secret coding to use it, 2nd, there phone payment system wants to gouge You a 20.00 fee, and 3rd, have askedFor a payment book,- coupon, to mail in, then get three months worth , they set you up toMake late payment, so they can make more money, on Fees, ect; DO NOT GET A LOANWITH THESE PEOPLE, WORSE than a ponzi scheme!

I like Numerica, because of the people. Having suffered with the staff-less BECU in Seattle, it is really nice to know that if the ATM and the drive-through can't solve my problem, the people inside can. They handle our basic accounts, a savings account for my son and have functional and simple online banking. I also like that it is a smaller, regional credit union, rather than some giant bank that's always in the news for doing shady stuff.
