This place is the worst. They constantly give me horrible rates so that I finance elsewhere. Then when I go into a branch, they all of a sudden can match the rate. Then I tried to re-fi to drop my PMI and get rid of my HELOC. They gave me a laughable appraisal, especially since similar homes from our neighbors all sold for significantly more. So I went to STCU, got a real appraisal value, only $55,000 higher than Numerica said, and was able to take care of everything at a cheaper price. Pretty sure Numerica lowered my appraisal to keep the HELOC and continue collecting the interest on it
