Not what you'd typically expect from a loan company. Front cradle to grave, the customer service, attention to deal, and desire to get our family the best deal on a loan, was incredible. Definintely exceeded my expectations from the previous companies I've worked with. Paul Volpe was dynamite as we worked through multiple offers and negotiations. I cant say enough terrific things about Blaine Staggs who handled my my mortgage! (closing was last month). Over a 2 year period, I had numerous contacts with Blaine (it took me that long to find the right property!), and I was consistently blown away by his professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and amazing customer service! When I had questions or concerns re the mortgage process (which for me was frequently since I’m overly thorough!), Blaine was always available by phone, or to meet in person. And if I left a phone message or sent an email, he would always get back to me within several hours. He even made himself available evenings and weekends, on those few occasions when my concerns were of a more urgent nature. And throughout this entire period, Blaine was pleasant to deal with -- easy going and patient with my numerous questions. Also, compared to other loan officers whom I interviewed, Blaine never pressured me to go with nova for my mortgage. In fact he was completely comfortable with my shopping around -- welcoming the opportunity when possible to deliver a comparable mortgage. All in all, I have never met anyone as conscientious and great to deal with as Blaine Staggs -- I guarantee you that you will not be sorry!
