This place is excellent. I'm part of a mastermind that meets here, as well as another class for female entrepreneurs. The Women's Entrepreneurial Opportunity Center is located at the NIIC, and is an official U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Women’s Business Center–one of only two in the state. Director Leslee Hill is excellent; highly recommend her, the NIIC, and WEOC.

If you want to get more than a simple class on how to start a company, the Innovation Center is the place to come. They will work with you for years if needed to build your business, get financing, and help you succeed. Full disclosure, I work here so I'm a little biased but I pretty much know what's going on in the rest of the state.
