Someone walked into this institution and opened an account in my name. The woman, Vionshae “Shaka”Pugh is about 200 lbs heavier than me and half a foot taller but somehow managed to use my ID and write hot checks around Arkansas. Ms. Robin in account services, wouldn’t provide me with the video footage or the paper work they have on file of this forgery, even though we called an officer and launched an investigation from her office. It’s really tragic that the criminal is having such an easy time robbing the credit union and me, while the victims struggle
