I’ve been coming here over the years and the other comments are very startling! My experiences have ALWAYS been the very best! The owner gave me great insight and invaluable advice in addition to impeccable customer service. His son is a little less talkative but absolutely just as great.My last visit was for sterling silverware and the things I learned lead me to my visit today. I can’t wait to see them, they treat me like family. I just wish they didn’t operate so far away.

Absolutely terrible service. I dealt with the owners son, what a nasty excuse for a human being. I would give 0 stars but unfortunately there is no option for that, stay far away.

I've never had anything but favorable and positive experiences with Mike and his son at the NB gold exchange.As to what a previous person wrote it IS a business and if the proprietor feels it unsavy to conduct a sale then you cannot fault him.Again, Mike has been nothing but fair, honesty, and courteous with me each and every time I've been there (and I've been there plenty!) That even though I've moved almost an hour away I will still commute to him to conduct business.

I really wish there was a single dealer in this area that I could give a good review to, but unfortunately the only one shut down...I went here and asked to see silver bullion and coins and he refused, stating he "would be insane to sell given the current market value". I understand that you have an investment to protect, but note that I will not be coming back when the value is higher either, not to mention, it may go lower and you lost a sale.Make sure you only come here when the transaction is favorable to him and not you. At least he was honest.
