My garbage didn't get picked up this week. So I brought it down and asked that I not get charged for dumping it since it wasn't picked up. The two men both accused me of not putting out the garbage and argued with me about it. They were happy to cancel my service of nearly 7 yrs over the $5 I didn't want to pay.
