This was the worst refinancing experience EVER! I own several homes and refinanced properties multiple times, and I have never had such a harrowing and frustrating time. My file was passed around multiple times, one person left the company in the middle of my loan process, underwriting couldn't figure out what exactly they needed, and despite my setting up a shared Google folder into which I placed ALL requested information within 24 hours of request, they still managed to lose my documents and files. I was promised 3 different closing dates, and finally closed at 9:00 PM last night after a 12 hours work day just to get the cash needed for my business. Their loan servicing practices are terrible. It is impossible to get someone on the phone in a timely manner. I don't know if they are understaffed, or have too many complaints coming in to field them all, but they are NOT the best company to work with for your mortgaging needs. As soon as I build my equity back up, I will be refinancing with another lender!
