Closed my checking account after continuously dealing with one of the rudest women I've ever met. Switching my bank was much easier than having to deal with her. If I ever had a question or problem she made it seem like it was such a hassle to help. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the women I corresponded with about my car loan was very kind and helpful.

The service is horrible, the fees are high and they love to say they are irreversible. The employees are nice but are only doing what the corrupt organization tells them to do. They have good loan plans and that’s about it. Get out as soon as you can.
