Overall Feedback:
They sell you hardware that can't run their program. You have to pay an exorbitant amount for "troubleshooting" issues that arise with the hardware they sell you. We've had to close our business numerous times because the product malfunctions and have lost customers due to how slow/glitchy the hardware is. At one point I couldn't get anyone to call me back and was left dead in the water for weeks. They have a couple large clients that take up the majority of their resources. Getting help when you need it is very difficult. They will also sell you upgrades or add-on programs that are unfinished, like a $2,000 "delivery" module that doesn't have an input for delivery area/zone. When looking to replace a unit they may refuse to sell you the new model. They won't sell you component parts either. This was a sunk cost for our business and we don't have the space to do anything else. I urge any potential consumers to steer clear of Nextep. Note for nextep: get a clue and license your software and support. Get out of the hardware business.
