Update, the recovery company previously mentioned in this review has addressed our issue and made a full and satisfying resolution to all complaints with their company!This Credit Union has questionable practices at best. Our recent encounter with them found them to be in violation of several Dept of Lisencing laws. I have now confirmed with DOL that this institution had to have forged paperwork to have the vehicle title listed with them as lienholders, because the registered owner must sign for any changes to the title and this change was done on June 11,2019 , without the signature of the registered owner. They claim to have sent numerous letters, emails and to have made "to many calls to count", however phone company records show a total of 3 calls in 2019 and NO EMAILS. So at best, this credit Union is incompetent being compare, at worst they are criminals utilizing leg breaking collection practices.
