Overall Feedback:
I called this branch to ask a question today and got put on hold to talk to a banker. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I hung up. The customer service at this bank has been consistently bad in my experience. Calls not returned, no follow up and no end to the excuses. Once my loan is settled, I look forward to taking my business elsewhere.
