I have no problem with Neighbors switching to a video teller system if it meant they were available at a wider variety of hours. Not having them available on a Sunday AND the ATM being down means I can't withdraw any money unless I drive to another ATM, the closest being First Community on Lindbergh, who I will be switching my primary account to. The outdated ATM system is a joke compared to all other banks and CUs in the area.

Went into the Howdershell location on the 3rd of September to get a cashier check. Only to find out they postmarked it for the 6th. Now my apartment complex is saying i was late on my rent. Very upset... Ready to close my account if this cant be resolved.

I was more than impressed with the great service I received at this bank! Everyone there has great customer service, and work very hard to help you. After applying online to re-finance my car, I received a call from Terrance. He was very genuine, kind, and really wanted to help me.When I went in to re-finance my car loan, I sat down with Chelsea. She was so kind and helpful! I was blown away by how hard and speedy she worked to get my vehicle refinanced! I wouldn't recommend any other bank! Terrance and Chelsea are great employees!
