Overall Feedback:

I go to many other nbt banks edmeston, New Berlin, Richfield Springs the nbt on genessee St. And they always cash my boyfriend's checks for me. But everytime I go to the new New Hartford branch they always give me a hard time this time they have his mother who is on a joint account a hard time about cashing his check, my boyfriend works banks hours and then some and can never make it to the bank this is an inconvenience horrible branch in New hartford
