Bill Hight - reseller for NCC Reflection HQ software.Came in and set us up and then dropped us like a hot potato when we started having problems. Paid thousands of dollars for a now 3 year old product that currently isn't working.Classic bait and switch.The software corporation won't do anything (Jody Harris), saying we HAVE to go through this guy.Buyer BEWARE! Neither the corp or their reseller are interested in their clients operability.
