For the very first step in their doors, I was greeting with kindness and efficiency. Since then, every single issue I have brought to them has been handled exactly the same, every transaction handled promptly, professionally and with exceptional courtesy. Used their ATM, forgot my card, called at opening time the next business day and they said they were still going to destroy my card because it wasn’t from their bank. “Blah blah blah we have to.” Well, I forgot it at the BB&T ATM a few years ago and THEY returned it. They destroyed something that belonged to me without my permission with me calling to tell them I knew I left it and I wanted it back. Now I have to reset all my auto drafts. So don’t use their ATM. They won’t return your card and they’ll whine about it not being “their” policy. Should be posted on the ATM that if you make a mistake they’ll destroy your card.
