DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Not because their product doesn't work, but because their customer service is self motivated. They are not motivated by the people that pay their bills and their salaries. I used this company for 8 years, paying them thousands and thousands of dollars. I sold my company and in the madness of paperwork, change over, moving, etc... I forgot to cancel the account with them. They charged me $545.02 to have an account that was inactive. I spoke with the top manager about getting some of it refunded and they politely told me to screw myself. I was loyal to them even when I was receiving multiple opportunities to use other companies. Eight years of making money off of me, and my wonderful clients and their thought process is, "we have your money, you aren't getting it back". Capitalism at work. To all of my fellow Entrepreneurs, Steer clear of this company. If you have them, cancel now and find a customer service oriented group to deal with.
