If I could make this review have negative stars, I would. First of all, trading in my old Honda CRV and leasing a new Passport took close to 8 hours. They were just rushing to get as many sales as possible and not closing the ones from earlier in the day.I was told that my old CRV lease would be taken care of when I leased the new Passport (love the car by the way). However, I have now had duplicate car payments taken out of my account only to find out that the lease was NOT taken care of as communicated to me multiple times at the dealership. I called the dealership and they are saying that wasn't the deal that was made.I will never use this dealership again.If this doesn't completely dissuade you, bring lots of snacks, a phone charger and plenty of things to do. Also, make sure you read the fine print and make them put everything in writing.
