We purchased new condo, prior to the sale of our home of 29 years, so we needed some additional support to cost effectively manage these time sensitive transactions. I would highly recommend MSA to anyone. What. A. Breeze. Every step of buying a house is incredibly stressful but they do a great job of mitigating some of that stress by being true partners with you. They have your best interest in mind and help overcome any hurdles that may come your way. My husband used them 6 years ago when he bought our first house and we used them again when we recently purchased our new house! You really can't go wrong. They are the best.

Everyone was super knowledgeable, responsive (even late at night when we ran into issues with the seller's attorney!) and were always helpful and patient.
