First off I must say that Ken and Dave are the real deal! They are very quick to email back about any questions or concerns. Ken will always answer and will call you back ASAP. I had decent credit at best and they got me qualified, give mortgage solutions of GA a shot. You won’t regret it!

great group of people who work hard at getting you into a home. me and wife came to them with challenged credit and after a few months we closed on our first home. everyone is professorial yet laid back and treat you with great service and answers to questions and provide you the info you need to buy your home. they are hands down the best and will use them for future needs of anyone that is looking to buy a home

It is easy to go to an online mortgage company..but what will they say if your credit score is not excellent? These companies are always excited to answer your call, till they realize you won't be an easy client. Suddenly nobody answers your calls, and even if they do the answer is..."sorry you cannot get your home". When you want help, knowledge and solution ask for Chris!
