This place doesn't care about there customers they only care about how to get your money from you to the bank. Terrible "credit union" it's a bank realistically. your supposed to be a member with a credit union. Here they charge you to talk to a teller. WTF. As soon as I can get there I am closing my account. P.S. mandatory you have $25 in your savings account and if you close before 6 months they take it. Wasn't told that when I signed up. Was supposed to be on e file... Nope been charged $10 a month for the last 3 months even though I've gone in and called and was told the problem had been corrected sir. B.S. avoid this place like the black plague.

During business hours it’s impossible to call the bank and speak to a live person! You have to leave a message and they call you back the next day. Really!! The phone tree is the most absurd one I’ve been on so far. How does this bank do any business!!Even if you call and press 0 you cannot get a live person!

Was a customer for 5 years and I closed my accounts today. The teller was very rude and never spoke to me the entire time. She handed me my receipt and I had to ask where my money was. If any piece of mail is returned to them, they charge you $10!! The loan officer was also rude and very obviously did not care how long we had been customers, it is ALL about credit scores. Which did not even match the actual scores we have! Poor customer service all the way around at this location. And it is so unfortunate because 5 years ago this place was amazing. Serious on the job training needed now!

Not at all a "Credit Union". They more than nickel and dime you at every turn. If you're down on your luck or just moved to the area and haven't found your nitch yet you certainly won't get any help here. Maybe if you have alot of money it might be different. They don't have any of the assurances I've been accustomed to at my old Credit Union. Certainly no better than banking with a regular bank..At least a bank is convenient

Ive banked with the credit union since 1989 and I used to love this bank ! I went fom a no charge checking account to having $12.00 each month taken out of my checking account . It went from $7.00 to $12.00 with no notice . My other bank doesnt charge me a monthly fee. I remember when banks used to give gifts to open an account and you would get intrest on the money you kept in there. Now I have to pay to keep my money in a checking account?? Any mistake with my deposit costs another $5.00 . The staff is not very friendly, they dont make much of an effort , maybe if you have a lot of money . ive noticed when I had a big balance they were a lot more accomodating .
