SCAM SCAM SCAMI receive a letter advertising 2.875% 30 year fixed. Wow, no one offers even close to that number. I read the back for the catch, twice they say it is rate for 30 year fixed then there is a little part that says fixed/variable.The ticker: they also wrote on the back, in order to give us this awesome 2.875% even though we have excellent credit, they want you to provide a valid Loan Estimate and Rate Lock agreement from a competitor....I checked online: no one offers below 3.8xx%. why would anyone in their right mind have their credit checked twice just to see if they will beat or match the competition.SCAM SCAM SCAM
