Asian lady at front desk has got very bad customer service. She needs another job, talks to people like they are homless broke people applying for loans when we are just average working class people.I went in on a friday at 3pm and they couldn't even process my application before 5pm as i needed money for weekend. Wasted all my time applying when in end was told couldnt process til monday.Money plus st marys highly recommended.

Went in today.. the asian lady at front idk if she is filipino or Indonesian but wow she was so rude to me and my wife. Customer service is never good atleast. Ive dealt with her 2 times before.. very bad experience here at money 3 Mt Druitt branch

I hope management see this so they really know what happends in the Mt Druitt branch.I went in today (friday 16th of August)I was served by a woman of asian appearance (Filipino or Indonesian possibly).Her customer service was almost non existent,she was rude, was no greeting at least and spoke down to me like i was peice of s%#t.It literally felt like i was applying for a loan at a prison office feeling like i was a second class citizen, not a good feeling!
