When you say - do not use this predatory lender. You reached out to them for a reason and they have always assisted me in a professional manner every time - they will try to screw you anyway they can and if you apply - you need to read to application and terms and conditions because you accepted them. then decide not to get a loan that they mislead the true cost about, will then put a lien on your car in a attempt to force you into taking a loan from them. - But you called your insurance to add them as the holder so not them it is your fault.
