Brought in a drill, automatic grease gun and a charger that went with both. The drill had a bad battery on it and I told Stephanie that we had another one at home. She said at that time she was only able to take the drill because of the battery bit to bring it later. When my husband tried to the following day, they refused. But because I'm a frequent customer there, I figured that was because I had been the one that did the pawn. So I brought it back myself. Now they want another charger. I explained that they had the charger, they looked up my name and agreed that they did have the rest of the set. But still wanted ANOTHER CHARGER. I DIDNT WANT MUCH AND THEY COULD HAVE SOLD ALL OF IT TOGETHER AS A SET, THE WAY I BOUGHT IT BRAND NEW FROM STORE, THE WAY STEPHANIE AND EVERYONE THERE KNEW I INTENDED. With another charger they were going to give me $40...i just want $20 to put it with the set. BUNCH OF DAMN CON ARTISTS
