I've been with Minnwest Bank for years, and they've always treated me very well. However, about 2 months ago I decided to transfer my auto loan to Minnwest Bank. During this transfer, I had to sign multiple documents (most of which had old addresses, phone numbers, etc). I later had to go in and re-sign documents and was told all of the info would be updated and correct...it was not. This among other things has really turned me off to Minnwest Bank. I don't see me banking with them in the future.
