The bank is great; the people, tellers and in-person services are wonderful. But that's where it ends. Both their website and mobile banking app are cumbersome and not at all user friendly. We have several accounts but no one can get their mobile or online banking services to work - ever. The online support is worthless so we have given up on trying to use any of their online services. We always have to make time to go in to the bank to take care of business, or call to find out a balance or transfer money, which again provides great people and service. Please, please, please fix your online presence!

With all honesty they are the worst bank in mankato. They are not in clients best interest, they dont help you prosper in your business or play fairness. They like to chose sides when it comes to business partnership. In my opinion, your better off going with a different bank.

My husband and I have worked with Jay Burg to finance both of our vehicles. Jay goes above and beyond to explain all of the options in detail so we know which option is best for us! We will continue to work with in the future! GREAT customer service!

I would highly suggest you to go to another credit union as this isn’t the one you want to be at. I switched from Wells Fargo in hope of getting better interest rates for loans in the future but I can say that Wells Fargo have provided better customer service. We got a loan through them and the guy took it upon himself to run my credit to get me a higher limit without my consent. I told him to never do that without my permission, again.

These guys are great been with them for so many years I can't even count started with them after I was a teenager and got jerked around by Wells Fargo. I haven't lost any money to this bank to do over again or any crap. When you need a loan they don't jerk you around....

Always friendly and helpful staff. Great rates and benefits. Love the app and virtual banking. Credit unions are so much better than banks.
