Mike has an awesome staff, and is an expert in his field!Working with Mike Ramano, Melinda, Michelle, and Tim was different in every aspect. I submitted the app, sent over the docs had an appointment the next day. When you first meet with Mike, you can tell he is very organized, focused, and structured in his approach. Later, I found everyone else in his team possess the same traits. He reviewed all information prior to the appointment, had an answer for every question. Everyone in his team took personal responsibility to ensure the closing date was met with an insanely low fixed interest rate. Three attorneys in my office and I closed within weeks of each other, the interest rate Mike and his team got us was half of what everyone else is currently paying.
