Tim and his team were fully transparent and available from start to finish never wavering in promptness and politeness. Even in the last week when circumstances should've delayed closing, Tim pushed and cranked out the final paperwork to get it done as originally scheduled. Excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any borrower!
