Overall, I'm very pleased. This is my second home purchase where I've used Caliber. My first experience was stellar. This one had a few more hiccups - most specifically the underwriter seemed very confused or inexperienced in her questions / payoffs. Sent a check to closing for something that was paid, and we provided proof of being paid, before we even submitted our loan application. Aside from those, we are still very pleased and will continue to use them.
