Terrible loan department, loan officer gave me a “full total” which I paid that day, and then didn’t hear from them for 2 weeks, I called them and they lied and said they don’t have my number (I’ve received calls from them many times) and say that I still owe more, all while talking to me like I’m beneath her. If there were 0 stars I would do that.
