If i could give negative stars I would. Our lease was ending and we had every intention of purchasing the car outright as it was in perfect condition but slightly over the mileage allowance. the salesman Ed led us to believe that leasing a new one was a better deal and they could take care of the extra mileage fee. Well, 3 months later we get a letter from the collection agency for the overage. Of course, now that they made the sale no one at the dealership wants to talk to you. Thinking of buying/leasing a Honda? Go somewhere else.

From the first time I spoke with them, I felt like I was taken care of and given the utmost attention! Stu was most helpful and gave me a great deal on my Honda Civic and Marlon finished up the sale and delivered my car. He was patient and went over every detail of the car! I would definitely recommend Middletown Honda to my friends and family!

The staff are helpful, nice, and very knowledgeable! I recently bought my first car, the CR-V. Had a lot of help from Christian Diaz from start to finish, who was a great sales man at no point was he pushy or forcing the sale, over all great guy! When going over the numbers me and my parents worked with Sean, who at every step of the process made it go by effortlessly. Toward the end I worked with Jamie P. who was the delivery coordinator, she was really nice and helped me understand all the features in the CR-V once the car was mine. Over all great staff and would defiantly recommend them to anyone! Great people.
