Mixture of Good and Bad
Overall Feedback:
We were happy with the interchange plus pricing structure, but not the contract or hardware options. We are moving to another processor that has a mobile solution in addition to a terminal solution. I asked our account rep about mobile options multiple times via email and phone and he did not respond. On the other hand, when I worked with Harmony and Christian they were both very helpful and responsive.
