A few months ago, I needed a new roof but didn’t want to pay upfront. I called Community Choice and was connected with Sharon who, after listening to what I needed and was looking for in terms of payments, told me about their HELOC option. I spoke with a few other banks/credit unions to explore rates, but ultimately went with Community Choice because Sharon was the only banker who returned my calls in a timely manner and seemed invested in making sure I got what I was actually looking for. I was also interested in getting a lower rate on my car loan, so Sharon connected me with a coworker who was able to get me a lower rate! I’ve now drawn on my HELOC for a second occasion and am so grateful I went with Community Choice based on my experience with Sharon instead of choosing solely based on rate.
