Had my 2016 taxes done here. I was quite impressed and would have rated it high at the time. In December 2017, I responded to a mass promotion email he sent out about prepaying and scheduling an appointment for filing 2017 taxes. I sent about 4 emails to try to follow up. I called and left a message. I never heard a word. I tried well into January 2018 to get in touch and never got a single response or email back. I know it took me a while to post this rating, but felt the need to post. He lost what could have been a lifetime customer. I found him through Dave Ramsey, but from now on I’ll do the vetting myself.Fast forward, I called the office after tax season last year in an attempt to get a copy of my taxes emailed to me. I was told it would cost me $40, because she’d have to look for it in the system.
