Stays away from pinnacle. I lost $7.000 in one week, they give me a system after we training for a week and guess what? When they come installed every single payout was no correct. I spend one week with him in the phone try to fixed it but every time was something wrong. After 4 days they send a technical guy to my restaurant and he try but didn’t fixed it anything. After 7 days I decided to remove the pos by my self and put it in the box to give them back, but they just keep telling me that they gone call me back, but after all most 1 year I am still here trying to return a brand new pos system. STAY AWAY if you don’t want have the worst week of your life
