Metro Business Systems have been very helpful in providing Cash Registers for our event. Each year they set up our price list with an SD card so that we can access the sales information, which is really helpful for our yearly event. Metro Business Systems provides excellent service at great prices.

We had an old cash register given to us - not working! It still had a Metro Business Systems sticker on it so dropped in to them and WOW -what great people. Really knowledgeable about how we could optimise it and repair it. We now have 15 "departments' and they set it all up, cut extra keys and filled the ink. Then delivered it back with extra Rolle etc. Just fabulous. Just wanted to say thank you for your superb service and help. The old register is doing a great job again! Really appreciate your service.

Purchased a register that was supposedly brand new, it came with no box, a lost key, scratches on the screen and only lasted a couple of months before it stopped working. I called the business owner multiple times to try and have the register repaired but was told the guy that fixes registers was away on holiday and never got back to me. I also asked if I could have a replacement register while the one I purchased was getting repaired and the owner was going to charge between $50-$75 for hire over the weekend. He also hung up on me when I questioned his level of customer service for charging me when he sold me something that did not work. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SELLS DODGY EQUIPMENT!!!!!
