Stay Away , Kayan has absolutely zero transparancy, I was requesting a monthly statement to review my charges which seemed extremely high. I was given the run arround for 6 months . There was always an excuse , and they were forwarding it right away. Never received it . After I got fed up, I switched companies.

This company is the worst company I have ever seen! They keep charging me a fee although I have send their device back and cancelled my membership. Whenever you call them they put you on hold for hours.

Are you guys kidding me? I cancelled my business account on June and they are still charging me. What is the reason? Customer service is not helping me at all. I am on the phone more than 30 mins. And they didnt respond me. Still waiting for the representative God Damn it.

I agree with the others. There's no obvious contact #, their email form doesn't work because a required field has no choice to select, and their chat service doesn't work. As soon as we can find an alternative, we're done with this company. Ugh.

Was a client for 4 years. Had a critical problem with account. Called and spoke with customer service for 2 weeks trying to get my problem resolved. NEVER FIXED. Cancelled account. There customer service IS HORRIBLE. Stay away from this company. They are not there when you have a problem.
