Had a 6 am appointment. Got there the night before and checked in. Had about 12 pallets on truck. Got in door at 6 and at 1147 I drove away without my bills. It is 1:20 now and they still haven't called me for my paperwork. Avoid this rat hole at all costs! It took the place I picked up at 30 minutes to load it. Ha! They just called me at 1:40 and told me my bills were ready.

Merchants deserves more than 5 stars. Company is deeply rooted in MS and very involved in the community. On-time delivery, promptly returns my phone calls when there is any problem, and I am always impressed with how clean and organized the entire operation is and how polite the drivers are. Keep it up.

Very slow on the unload got here last night parked and in on time for my 6 am appt 11 pallets and here it is almost 1115 and they’re still breaking it down

Ran my tail off to meet my 6am appt time but after checking in at receiving this AM they said my appt was at 9am. So now I'm here staring at Mt doors.

Limited overnight parking. About 4 trucks can park in front of security shack. These gave me a door two hours before my scheduled appointment. Unloading was quick too. Staff was nice. The dark haired lady in the receiving office was very nice too

Got here at 4 am parked and walked up to the guard shack. He just ignored my existence and watched t.v. if you're not open yet just say. "Sorry man were don't open until 6:00 instead of letting me stand in the cold ignoring my very existence and every attempt to get his attention.

I had to give 1 Star. This place deserves negative Stars.3 hours and counting for what is not even a whole load.They have NO CONCEPT of time and don't care about YOUR TIME.Shouldn't even be allowed to exist.

I had no problems delivering 10 pallets, they were friendly and helpful and got me out in less than 2 hours. They don't appear to have any overnite parking.

Man this job is not it the pay is not good the job is so unorganized an the supervisor don't care about nothing but sitting in the office they will not help u with any problem especially pay I had to call the president an nothing happened I was just there in December no stars ain't nothing good about merchant foodservice
