100% legitimate. They were a tad abrasive, which I think is very common for debt collection, but they were very understanding of any fears of fraudulence. I received a call, Thought they were a scam, called the number back, they had my information, then I called the company that sent the collection, and everything was verified. My third call was taken care of very nicely. If you receive a call, I'd still recommend your own verification, but as far as legitimacy and patience, they deserve high praise.
