Overall Feedback:

Trying to get through to an actual person at your local bank or anyone for that matter is impossible! Tried calling to ask a simple question that would have taken probably 1 minute to answer. I spent more time on the automated system to where I got lost with all the different buttons I was pushing and after 10 minutes I got no one and was sent back to the beginning. Automated system is an absolute joke!
