Today is February 1st this area have large volume of retirees only two teller to service seniors and handicap customers.Mecu have to many branches now giving bad customer service. Not the core purpose for the banks existence.

Today is August 3rd 2019, I've arrived here at 12:30 to withdraw some funds, mind you that this Bank is suppose to be open until 1 o clock in the afternoon, as I am typing this, customers are coming in wondering what's going on, now everybody is in line waiting at the ATM, they literally have a closed sign up without letting anybody know in advance, due to some cookout for the city or event they're going to, very disappointed due to lack of communication!

Worse bank to ever have to deal with. Not specifically this branch, the entire bank as a whole. Always an issue, never smooth service. Very difficult to deal with their absurd policies. Larger banks are much better.

Didnt seem interested at all in helping me with my problem went to the mecu on baltimore national pike and my problem was solved immediately.

Disgusted why can't I call and get someone on the phone I've been to that branch a number of times, clarifying how to contact the bank but no matter how many times I put my "CORRECT INFO" Mecu still won't allow me to talk to anyone...... I can't even get a hold of an operator.. So frustrated.
