Overall Feedback:

By far the worst experience we have ever had filing our taxes. We worked with David and have had multiple problems with him. It started with him incorrectly inputting information with our taxes, never responding to emails or voicemails and using excuses for why he didn’t communicate with us. He then had issues with the IRS kicking back our taxes because my name was spelled wrong, which is ridiculous. A simple extra two minutes to look over a clients form before submitting could have resolved this problem. We paid almost $400 for his service and should have had our taxes by now, but because of all the problems we’ve had we are still waiting. We will not be returning next year.
