My family retained Tim McNamara to handle my sister's estate and I've been very disappointed. He sent out a court document with a huge error in it because he didn't read it. Then, when he saw I was posting negative reviews on the web about his firm he sent me this threatening email: "It has been called to my attention that you are posting disparaging comments on the internet about my firm, so that you have put me in a position that I cannot communicate with you any further. Please either remedy these comments and send me a complete list of where you have posted them, or have your attorney contact me." This is of course nonsense unless they repealed the first amendment without telling anyone. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a probate attorney. I'm sure you can do better. I wish we had looked further. He's not cheap either.
