Wanted to write a review since many of the other reviews are clearly fake and posted by "professional" reviewers who do nothing but post 5 star reviews. In short: this is an awful business with little to no regard for customer service. Their primary tactic around tax time is to always, always, always file for an extension immediately. Then they have YOU do all the work by giving over 50 pages of documentation to them - which can only be provided to them in handwriting (in other words, no online mechanism to provide your annual information to them).Finally, a previous reviewer said something about them coming to her house sometimes! What a joke. Some of their accountants don't even live in Atlanta, much less make house calls. And if you stop by their office it's often a ghost town. In short, don't waste your time here.
