This bank is a complete joke. Website slow and incompatible with tablets. Poor phone skills and it seems nobody can answer a question. Make arrangement to pick up a check at 8, the staff is having a gossip session for 10 minutes before I get helped then I get told I have to wait until 9 to get my check. Avoid at all costs

Never use this place if you can't walk in. I refinanced my auto loan with these people and nobody thought to mention anything about needing a new GAP policy. You can't even create an account to view your balance online. Nobody in customer care can help you, and nobody who can help you is ever available. Now I owe them 4000 dollars and had no idea this was coming.
